When should I plan to arrive?
We’d love for all guests to arrive in time for Friday’s Welcome Dinner at The Kaatskeller. Check-in at both hotels is at 3 pm.

When should I plan to depart?
You’re welcome to depart at any time on Sunday. The 10 am brunch at The North Branch Inn Restaurant & Bar is optional.

Do I need to make a hotel reservation?
No. In July, your hotel will call you to finalize your room reservation. We’ve assigned rooms based on known preferences.

Do the hotels have parking?
Yes. Both hotels have free parking. Additional details will be provided in your pre-arrival e-mail.

What is the dress code for each event?
Friday’s Upstate Distillery Chic means ‘dressy casual’ with some rustic, seasonal flair. Think dress pants & button downs for men & dresses or skirts for women.

Saturday’s Garden Cocktail Party means ‘semi formal.’ Think linen suits with an optional tie for men & colorful, long dresses for women. Heels are not recommended.

While the summer days in the Catskills are warm, the summer nights can get chilly. Please bring a sweater or shawl.

What should I pack?
In addition to what you will wear for each event, we encourage everyone to pack bug spray & sunscreen. Should you forget any essentials, The North Branch Inn & Nine River Road have extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

Can I give a speech?
We’ve asked a select number of family & friends to give speeches at pre-arranged moments throughout the weekend. If you’re also interested in saying a few words or giving a speech, please let us know & we’ll coordinate a preferred moment with you.

Will there be group transportation to & from each event?
There will be transportation to & from Catskill Provisions for guests at The North Branch Inn on Friday night.

There will not be transportation to & from The North Branch Inn on Saturday night. We encourage all guests at Nine River Road to carpool. Alternatively, there are local taxies available.

If I RSVP’d for fly fishing, do I need anything?
No. All equipment will be provided by the fly fishing instructors. With that said, all participants must get a one-day New York State Fishing License beforehand. This can be done online. We will send a reminder prior to the weekend.

Are kids allowed for the weekend?
No.
